Responsibilities:

  • Process Payroll transactions
  • Accurate processing of company’s payroll
  • Participate in daily data entry Payroll processing
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Process correct calculations and compliance
  • Execute interface with payroll providers
  • Perform audit checks
  • Process year-end reporting
  • Produce ad hoc financial and operational reporting
  • Process manual remedies where required

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail
  • Native Czech speaker with fluent English
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 6 months of Payroll experience
  • Above average MS Excel skills
